AHK Productions is one of Europe’s largest companies specializing in personalized promotional items. They work with a wide variety of companies to create custom-made items such as neck straps, keychains, badges, bracelets, and more.

One of AHK’s major initiatives over the next several years is enhancing their digital strategy. “Like most companies in our industry, our business model and the way we operate is kind of old school,” explained AHK President Paul Geler. “The question is ‘How can we reinvent our business to thrive in the next, 5, 10, 20 years?’” He began searching for an online timeline maker that would help him create a roadmap detailing AHK’s digital strategy that he could share with his team.

“I tried several other timeline makers and they were all very complicated. Preceden is extremely intuitive. I didn’t need to watch any videos or read through any long tutorials. There are a lot of project management tools out there but I didn’t need such a heavy solution for this presenting this project to our team.”

Paul takes advantage of Preceden’s layering features to keep his timeline organized: “Our digital strategy consists of four main areas: Management and Collaboration, Marketing and Customer Experience, Technology, and Optimization. In all of these areas we have a specific mission and I want my team to be able to follow what we’re working on. Preceden helps me do just that.”
