Present your timeline

With Preceden's Presentation Mode, you can present your timeline to a group of people.

Say you want to present this timeline to an audience:

The problem is that the editor stays wrapped around it: the navigation links and all the other controls you use to work with your timeline. When you're presenting, chances are you don't want any of that on screen.

You could download your timeline as an image and add it to a PowerPoint presentation, but a timeline with a lot of content has to shrink to fit, which may distort it and make it difficult to read.

Using Presentation Mode

Presentation Mode solves both problems by showing just your timeline, from directly within Preceden.

To access it, click the Share menu button, then select Presentation Mode.

Then click the Enter Presentation Mode button:

Your timeline now has the page to itself:

The one other thing you may want to do is enter full screen mode in your browser to hide the browser window itself. Most browsers put this under View > Enter Full Screen Mode, give or take the exact wording.

When you're done, click anywhere on the page or press the escape key to return to the normal editor.
