Preceden has a wide variety of event icons, but you may want something it doesn't have.

Search the icons you already have

Preceden ships with over 4,600 icons, which is far more than the picker can show at once, so search before you assume yours is missing. Open an event, click the circle under Icon, and type into the search box at the top of the picker. Icons are matched on keywords rather than only their names, so searching for a word like "car" or "meeting" turns up everything related to it. When you are adding a new event, Preceden also suggests icons based on the name you typed, as long as the timeline's Default Icon for New Events setting is on Smart icons (the default).

Preceden's icons come from a service called Font Awesome, so if there's an icon you'd like us to add, find it in the Font Awesome Gallery and email us at [email protected] with a link to it, such as https://fontawesome.com/icons/anchor?style=solid.
