Delete your Preceden Account

If you have an active subscription with auto renew turned on, cancel it before you start. Preceden hides the link that closes your account until you do, and shows a note asking you to cancel your subscription first. To cancel, head to Account > Settings and click the Cancel Subscription link in the Auto Renew row of the table at the top of the page. You keep access to your subscription until the end of the period you already paid for.

Here's how to permanently delete your account:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click the Account link at the top of the page, then click Settings.
3. Click the Close Your Account... link. A confirmation dialog will appear.
4. Type DELETE (in all capital letters) and press the button to confirm and delete all of your timelines and their content. NOTE: Deleting your account is irreversible and there is no way to undo it.
